The perseverance of thy noose upon the chains of winter,
Sunder to the partisan of the leading hoofs of thy falls carriage.

Bring up thy ax to shower the trinkets of frost from thy mornings pass,
Stay wayward before the evening dawn and the darkened laced overcast.

Do not speak of redemption before thy foes gale, For spring is upon the summit and the crystallites of ice dispelled.

Before all thy rakish gold that standeth in vanquish before thy servants eye,
Stay wayward to the storm venturing in sought of its treasures beyond its defiant skies.

It is but a lone task of surrendering to loves laced rime,
For a sharing will again be foretold by the violin glass that sustains within it the seeping sands of time.

Wonderful images and the poetry is superb.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

WOW!! can you say tallented!heh...Very well done, my goodness I don't quite know were to begin, I enjoyed the poem just from the stand point of the way it was written, you don't read much like that anymore and I really enjoyed reading that style. Secondly the poem itself was amazing, words, flow, just all around beautiful. The last line was my favorite though, I think just beautiful imagery.

Ravenwolf

I can't begin to tell you how much your words move me.  You paint such magical pictures with your words and I feel fortunate to see so much through your words.

through each verse to create
a most beautiful tapestry
for us all to admire"

I have been away on holidays this past week and it is so nice to be back reading your words again.

Hello Jeff

I can see I am not the only one who is in awe of your talent.  I think I speak for many when I say that we are so fortunate you have made your way here to PIP.  Our 'family' has become all the more richer since you arrived.

It is so nice to see how proud your daughter is of her father.

Take care my friend
