A Spiders Web

My heart is caught a spiders web
From mornings tide until its ebb
And I en-wrapped in shrouds of store
Twist and turn in angst of awe

She drains me of my living juice
Caught within her stings abuse
Spins me in a pockets hold
And takes a sip each mornings cold

I wake her vibrate every dawn
This bait of sate to start the morn
Waiting for the fangs withdraw
And when the hunger strikes once more

She siphons me of living will
Day by day she drinks her fill
But pampers me to stay alive
She seems to need me to survive

And I enshroud in white cocoon
Cannot see the sun or moon

Well, that spider has a taste for beauty, dear Seymour.
You can give much and will always REFILL with love.
... and still see the sun and the moon.

Touching write!

Love, Margherita

Where is my broom? I'll take care of her web of doom and chase her out so Sunshine can work her magic! I'll show that spider it can't mess with a Passions poet...especially one of the greats.

Oooh dear Seymour,  sounds as if you might need two strawberry tarts with your tea this morning! Tell Randy to stoke up the fires in his furnace and blast those little nasty things away! Hugs, Chris

Sy,
Would this greedy mistress perhaps be the same one who torments me ? If so, you have not only my sympathy, but, my admiration.
P.S. (If not, please excuse my indiscretion, accept my apologies, and go get a transfusion!) Just kiddin.
