I Don’t Get It I just don’t get it! Why I should lay in bed, While bursting ideas and thoughts Try to escape my head. I have need to write, Right to need, Sometimes more than a warm body And satellite T.V. Are you intimidated By interests I have Focused beyond Ourselves? Perspective #2: You’ve always been A patient gem, Giving of your best, Sooo, I guess its time to Compromise. Goodnight. (But I’ll slip my pen in bed!) Ethel, Thanks for your sweet response. Really and truly, "I have it made in the shade"--I just get a little huffy once in a while! We just come from different backgrounds and different levels of appreciation, but usually, all is well. Thanks for your caring comment. Sadelite |

smile. My husband used to rage about my passion for poetry, and said once he would get rid of my computer if he had to-- "Fine." I smiled. "I don't really need the computer to write--I'll just carve my words out on your legs at night."  (I don't think he knew I was joking--I am still here.)  Thanks for the smile Sadie. |
