I personally hate it but...well just read...

Picking up the pieces
of the days that I've forgotten
about the times that I've spent remembering
the day dreams in my mind

I sometimes go wandering around
the places and the faces
and the good times and the bad times
and the things I've left behind

wondering where I'm headed
not so clear on were I'm going
pushing hard but not quite knowing
about the future I might find

Another summers gome behind me
another winter come to find me
waiting for the spring time
and the summer sun to shine

Where I'll be picking up the pieces
of the days that I've forgotten
about the times I've spent remembering
about the dreams I've left behind

Because of you I laugh a little harder, smile a little more, and cry a little less

Bella, I really like it!! The way you wrote it
with each of the last lines in the verses rhyming
was excellent. I like that very much.
