Given Christmas gifts
I'm astounded and amazed
No words come to mind

All the things that I desire
yet all I say is tanka

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

sweet! :-)

turning mirrors upside down won't make dust fall off the ground, hiding wounds won't ease the pain, sleep won't make you whole again...

love junkie,
A tanka is a poem with five lines of 5,7,5, 7,7 syllables. It is usually just a thought that is completed in the last two lines. I decided that Tanka is close enough to Thank you to do a little play on words as well. It must that my brain is done in from all the celebrating.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, this is sooooooo cute, sweet friend, I know just how you feel as I wish I could make up an acceptance and thank you speech like an actor at the Academy Awards for each gift I receive but I'm just speechless, God Bless You, the single word thank you can suffice beautifully, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kethry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
