On Stage

Standing on a rostrums whim
I primed my thoughts to proper trim
Spoke a rhyme of starter prime
And bought an edge of moments time.

I heaved an echo of a sigh
Gave a chuckle and a cry
Friends I said, I bid you well
We enter now a phantoms cell

Think of this a spirits sail
Upon a sea to catch a whale
The harpoon is a pointy why
Heave ho my lads let it fly

Into the borrow of its core
We’ll sink the shaft of evermore
And fly in wakes eternity
Until we reach fraternity

The rune is one of egos bail
To set a harpoon in a whale

This is deep, Sy, just like you.  Your metaphor was really good.

Mornin', T-Man!

All the world's a stage
And we the players on it,
But you're the shining star
Who can write the perfect sonnet!

Angel hugs 'n kisses,
EA

Trim your sails and hoist your rig
tomorrow I want a Christmas jig!
Make it of fairies and sugarplums,
and weave it just right that we all share in some.

Merry Christmas, Sy!

Seymour, my friend

I have really enjoyed all your precious rhyme
I look forward to many more for the rest of all time
Every morning I look for your smiling face  here
Sometimes you bring smiles and sometimes a tear
But I know I will enjoy whatever you may say
Whether if you are serious or you want to play
May you and yours have a Happy Holiday season
And may we all remember the true Reason
Hugs to you, sweet Seymour

You made me feel the whale's song in the breast ...
Spirits dancing across your lines.
Love and light. Margherita
