My flesh bleeds on me,
Though I never wished that way...
It is real, but
I don't feel
Anyway.

Gripping hands
And biting lips.
Test the strength
Of fingertips.

Somehow I've become
Inhuman.
I can't feel skin-torn pain.
Though, it aches
Within my chest...
And beats unsteady
In my veins.

I would say that this is not a true statement -- you are quite human!! to be able to write so profoundly. I think you feel great depths of emotion, personally.

yea I feel emotion, lots and lots of it lol
... I've just noticed lately that my dopamine level has kicked up high, so it doesn't really hurt if I stub my toe or burn my finger.
Though more extreme pain like migraines are still there...
just feeling like some sort of beast, because everything hurts... but nothing like others do.
whew sorry, longwinded.

TO ME it's like you feel like you're falling and can't seem to find anything solid to lay hold of and even if you did, you can't seem to grasp it long enough to save yourself.

You have a lot of feeling! Let it out and keep painting the pictures through your words.
