I know all the places You should be, When you should be there. But when I look to them I find only spaces You’re not where you should be You’re not anywhere. I wake each mourning But keep my eyes closed Against waiting reality Pretend as long as possible Your face will greet me. How could such a small being Leave so much empty? |

Come here you  They leave such a big hole because of the unconditional way in which they love, and when we lose that it hurts like hell! Get it out, that is what grief is for, to reach a place where you remember the laughter. Feeling your heart girl, feeling it big time. |

Sweet suthern, I do understand how you could feel this way about your loving pet. In fact, your other poem inspired me to write this one about my little dog, Scooter. /pip/Forum83/HTML/001387.html I honestly don't know what to say to make you feel better. I don't know if there are words to feel the loss of the love. |
