*~*

From top to bottom white veneer
Joy beats within your thought kept near
To bring my smile from inside out
Erase the waif of chronic doubt

The strangest romance ever known
Takes on a life that’s all its own
Behind the fort you seem to hide
While I contort to peek inside

And catch you looking to the East
Yet I am West of you at least
This moment comes just once, but then
The snow provides the greet I send

My love surprise, sent from the blind
Turned curve and over here to find
Each moment’s glee beside you still
Sent fast, a gasp of snow ball thrill

That seems eternal to be close
Some fun and frolic each in dose
To lift the edges smiles reveal
I place a chill in sweet conceal

A Christmas wish in snowy globe
Beneath the Northern lights to strobe
Upon your secret wishes fall
Love notes that will not melt at all

And I thought I was the only one that craved
snowballs?  Seems you have much more ammo up
north than us Southerners might ever see.

Nicely written K.  This should elicit a
smile or two....

Amidst all love's tragedy
we are suddenly reminded of the fun.

You put a smile on my face, ThisDiamond,
And you reminded me of what
damn good writing can look like.

Thanks, for the memory...

Tony.
