The idea behind my first poem was to open the hearts and minds of the readers, the poem was intended to inspire and provoke... which it did! here is my reply which took many years to come through..

Within the mists of time he came
a being whom we gave no name
his eyes ablaze with buning fire
the sweet warm flames of loves desire

his every move precise and true
and with his mouth a kiss he blew
his hands they gestured out to me
to let my fears and soul fly free

with painted breath the words he spoke
the joyous feelings within me choaked
to win my heart for he did try
no other man my love could buy

the tender way his love caressed
with subtle fingers me undressed
his searching lips my body did find
his being reached within my mind

to hold him close and feel secure
the fear and guilt I shall endure
no one on earth could ever see
the love this man had just for me

I find in him a friend so dear
I wish he'd be forever near
to feel his breath upon my breast
the things he does will do the rest

Within the mists of time he came
a being whom I'd give a name
his eyes ablaze with burning fire
the warmth within our loves desire
