One more moon
full in face
another reminder
as time stacks
minutes into
moutains,

more tears join
puddles that swim
into rivers,

and i wish
i could pour
like a blizzard of snow
melting
as the sun returns,
without destination,

pour once and for all
floodfuls of your
everlasting hold
on my heart,

bleed skyfuls
to drown
the world in crimson

and eclipse
the one more moon
that brings me back
always,
to thoughts of you

****and i will always love you forever, r.******

As always I'm drawn to poems about the moon. You write very well.

Understood this from the bottom of my heart.
A graceful following from feeling to thought...well done.

This is the third time I've been back to read, without saying Boo.

So Boo! This is darn good!

Michele - very warming to read. I'm actually hiding in my favorite spot, behind the moon, see you there...
