Lady In Green Velvet (Part 4)

To whom it may concern that sounds so formal.
With quill in hand she begins again.
Dear Sister,
Sorry for not writing of late.
This malady I possess tires me so.
I hope that this letter finds you well, dear sister.
Warm gentle breezes are here once again.
Winter was overly cold this year, not one day did I feel warmth against my skin.
Dear sister, your letter I received today certainly was timely.
Your invitation to move to your villa by the sea was indeed a blessing.
Most certainly I will be in your debt for the rest of my life for this kind offer.
I will make haste and make arrangements to come to you dear sister.
When I arrive I will tell of the revenge that Sir.Blackstone has inflicted
on my person.
That man is sheer evil, dressed in clothing of silk and rings of gold.
Indeed the saints were watching over me that day I walked away from that horrible man.
Once again dear sister you are a blessing.
With Gods speed I come to you on wings of love.
Till we meet in a month from now.
God bless dear sister.

Sorting threw her precious things deciding what to pack-
A knock upon the door she does hear.
Good morning dear lady I have come for my one hundred dollars or into the street I will
throw.
No need sir, for I move this very day.
Your threats fall upon dead ears, this cottage you may have.
Now leave my presence for your countenance offends me sir.
In the future you will rue the day for your evil ways.
Now leave sir.
The slamming of the door echoes in the warm summer air
and a smile touches her delicate lips.

The Lady In Green Velvet will be moving to the ocean side.
Warm breezes and fresh air will heal her tired body.
Her sister will pamper her with fresh fruits from the tree and from the vine.
She will bloom into a beautiful flower and meet the love of her life and live happily ever
after.

Sir Blackstone will meet a horrible death for his evil ways.
For evil begets evil and that is his fate.

Since I am the writer of this tale I love happy endings and evil has to pay.
Glad you enjoyed.

You know I had a friend who loved to wear green velvet year round, somewhere on her, and this title drew me in right away.  I not only lived some memories of her while reading this, but totally enjoyed the story, and thank you for posting it in its entirety for us all.

I love happy endings.

Let there be peace on earth,
and let it begin with me.

Oh yes, Bon-Bon, I also love happy endings.
I'm glad that you decided to make this have one.
I really liked it. You are so good at writing
these stories. Thanks for sharing this one with all of us.
Hugs
Ethel
