A Woman’s Thoughts

Now I have a friend his poor mind is in a mixed up state of confusion.
In his class of psychology one-o-one they’s a teachin’ that women dress for women.
Now I’m going to do my best to clear this perplexing problem of understanding women.
When we dress in that little black dress, high heels, and perfume behind the ears.
All that planning is for that dreamy,
sexy dreamboat of a guy knocking at
the front door.
But!
On the other hand, we could be doing this to keep your roving eyes from
wondering over to that sweet young thing standing over on the other side of the room.
Cause when my girl friend and I are a goin’ to the mall.
I dress in jeans, sweatshirt, and tennis shoes.
Even plop a hat on my head so I don’t have to comb my hair.
Impressive.
It’s time for that home cooked meal for that sexy dreamboat.
We find out your favorite foods and then we
cook and clean
all day long and dress in that little black dress and a little bit of perfume
behind the ears.
When my girl friend comes over.
I’m dressed in that same outfit jeans, sweatshirt, and tennis shoes.
Tell her to go the fridge and make herself a sandwich; don’t feel like a
cookin’.
Whoa.....Really impressive.
You dear dreamboat suggest going on a picnic.
We prepare a wonderful meal of fried chicken, homemade bread,
mashed potatoes with gravy, with cheese and wine for after this delightful meal.
A clean and starched tablecloth of the finest material.
We dress in silky slacks with a beautiful blouse of silk or short shorts
with a little tank top and don’t forget a little touch of perfume behind the ears.
My girl friend and I go to the zoo and decide to have a picnic.
I wear jeans, sweatshirt, and tennis shoes and lets not forget a hat.
Combed my hair, put a little make-up on.
The picnic, a hot dog bought at the hot dog stand with a coke and if we
really get wild we order French fries.
Are you impressed yet?
Now some of us gals do things a little differently, but basically we all do the same.
Hope this helps in your perplexed state of mind and tells you whom we ladies do dress
for and who we try to impress.
Sure ain’t my girl friend, but for that cute little ole dreamboat a knockin’ at
my front door.

Love Ya
Bon-Bon

An entertaining read.  Thank you for that.

You are right that women fuss and organize nit to pick now or later, but if it is done for men, it is mostly a waste of time.

Most women can produce long detailed lists (though usually unwritten) about what they want and need and expect in their interactions with men.

Most men simply want someone who will show up...willin'.
