I’m not normal…
We can talk
Cliché conversation
‘Til I settle
Six feet down.

But I will still be different…
And you’ll still be the same.

It’s funny,
Ironic
I was who you bragged about
And then I needed you…
Now
You start the lies
And say that is what
I do.

He was a man of sorrows
...I am a girl of tears.

It appears to me that you are both at cross purposes.

Keeping things simple, honest and out in the open works for me. I have a feeling that that is how you operate as well.

Here's to a life of KISSing! Keeping it Simple, Sweetheart!

~ and remember, Dear Alyssa, being different makes one unique and extra special!

Lovin' hugs, Sweetheart!

I love how your writing packs a huge punch into a few words. Your brief, concise style is refreshing. Not everyone can do it and you do it well. Great write. You go into my library

Linda,
the story in a nutshell is I was always considered the perfect daughter, never been grounded, straight A, perfect attendance, good attitude... so he bragged about me. Then my health got bad and I spend most of my time in bed, and since doctors can't come up with whats wrong he's decided I must be lying and now threatens to send me off to a boarding school. And he's the only one I live with and the closest to caring at all in my family. Ah yea that was good to get out, sorry about the rant there. But yes, I like to keep it simple... and honest.
To KISSing! thanks

Oh, now I have a better understanding of where you were coming from with this. I'm sorry that you have not been in the best of health. It must be so frustrating to not know what is causing your symptoms. At least then, there can be a plan of action to get well again. Have the doctors ruled out fibromyalgia? Actually, that is difficult to diagnose but it can really wreak havoc in one's life.

It seems that you have a lot to deal with in your life at the present time. I pray that both your physical and emotional health improve. Your writing ability is abundantly healthy, Dear One, and in fine working order!

Loving, healing, comforting hugs,
Linda

Allysa, I'm sorry that you are having such emotional pain in your life. It's bad enough to have physical pain, but when the other is added to it, the physical gets worse. My orthopedic doctor told me that a long time ago.

I sincerely hope and pray that all gets better with you very soon, little friend. You are just such a good person, things have to get better.
Hugs to you, sweet lady

Ethel

Linda,
yea, its frustrating not to know, and I imagine its terribly frustrating for my father, so I do need to give him that credit. And no, they haven't really ruled out fibromyalgia, but in what we've looked at it doesnt seem to be... Thank you for the compassion and compliments... God bless you

Ethel,
yep your doctor was very right. It can be difficult to try to seperate the two as in the body all things connect. Then again, there is also a spiritual side connected. I don't know what things my family has allowed to haunt us in the past, but I know God makes it clear that demons are still very active and though they can't enter a believer, they can torment one if allowed to. Err sorry, just been on my mind today, so I'm talking lots. Thank you much for your care and sincerity I'm learning that being good usually means life is harder... Take care.

Alyssa, Ericc stated your writing very nicely. "You write with great insight and clarity". I couldn't have said it any better. Nice poetry.
