could it be you, I ask by chance who really leads, this liars dance? this sorrows' song, to which we sway has brought me close to hell today could it be me, I glance aside that we should blame, for glimpse inside? did I bring us, so far astray that path to hell became one way? and pained, I gaze, into the sky cliched', I pray for wings to fly I tear them off, a gift for you an angels wings, to see you through so you do what for you is best I hold your essence to my chest our children hold us, in the end will not prevent, embrace, best friend |

It's always a combination that makes a love work or not work. It's never one person doing it all, because love takes two. I like this, and the sly reference to the cliche of angel's wings removes the cliche and makes it fresh. Well done. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |
