Wide-eyed time bumping into my camaraderie Head tilted, planking considerations to my right ear Hardly more substance then a shadow…yet Moving was anchored, like warm clinging perspiration In the deepest bedrock of my mind Nimbus couldn’t be more certain, as Disney increased Supporting walkways, arm in arm, obviously effluent As far-reaching faces, seemingly never bored to tears Great highways lay lifted along side of bubbly rose lighted festooned stairs Balanced in mid-air, climbing a trellis of heightened perceptions Ensuring, despondent events seldom appear free with lingering effects Blinking in bewilderment, looking less like a psychopath Banshee’s commotion of kindness puts to mind, semi articulate Engines glancing over fossilized falling debris Where self-imposed blindness turns down the heat Eager to commit a substance, fueled by explosive quagmires Seething flames, reminiscent green mossy fascinations Oh, the curse of an artist’s eye! How magnificent! Fascinating visuals cupping mobile energies of blasts “You moral Casanova you!” suggesting spirited voices coached Calmed by comedy-clubs, crowding goddesses were muttering Lost in white prayers, immensely sprawling inner percussion Encouraging hallucinations, vivid resonating elements, sweet smelling Reality’s extraordinary experiences unfolding With a swish of crimson zinfandel Feathering blinks, a fury of wings, impelled like great tempests Leaving evidence on my lips and fingertips Dripping, oozing…a contemporary classic Like spoors of senses desperate to reroute obstructing passions With warm baths of humility…electromagnetic Pointing to my spinal chord, filtrating through my brain Impulses conveying three-dimensional cartographies interconnecting Wondrous galaxies of scintillating neurons, swallowing my entire being Where a flood of doves landed on my lower lip Clarified shoals of chewing, reducing speeds on future events Like a van Gogh, hanging in museums Pearlescent glows swelling my eyes with promise Irresistible compulsions to move, integrating logical white noise With every interest group, like a confessional of optimism arrayed In exotic material |
