Caned men walk, becoming woven images in the tapestry of
Novembers decay
Earth and sky cease their rituals of love, and Orphan their offspring
to sleep
The bus roars by, risen dust follows
The men and women are cramped on the inside
Clinging to love, to loves
By now the young children are broken in by school
Crippled eyes begin to see random chaos
Our malice of modernity
The seagulls, thin in companions
Cry unto sullen earth,
Finally heard about the dead
And framed as individual creations
When the doldrums of day grow dogmatic
And ones drooped eye needs it,
The wind will raise a single leaf
From the hoard, to the sky
You shall wish it to heaven,
You shall smile, for not even a leaf can die
The benevolence of a windily benign park
Flavours our outcast citizen
The widow and the widower, feed
Starved pigeons stale bread
To fill a void with the hungry,
That fly, O fly away once fed

Such is November’s and December’s fusion
When youth and bloom are an optical confusion

description is a wonderful power. be glad that you have it. wonderful and vivid were the pictures you created. and yes optical illusions fill the lives of us young ones during these months of winter.
