~*~

Pluck ever so softly
the harp strings of my heart
carry me away
and sweeten the refrain
allow me to rewrite
the pain of you and I
let me dance upon the wind
drifting through the air
gladden my heart with love
warming up my winter days
so I can remember how to feel
all the beauty that lies within
that I've forgotten how to play.

When you want that, truly want it, nobody can stop you. Want it. You deserve it and more.

Bluesy Gal,

You write of any topic with grace and inspiration...
This one is a dialogue with self...
Nobody else can...heal ourselves...and love to enth degree.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just edit away the tears... and the misjudgments that caused them?  *S*

Hugs, my friend... I like this! *S*

You have everything it takes to write yourself the perfect heart song! Desire, talent, looks, personality... Write the blues away! ~ mind you, they do make for great reading! lol

When the song returns to your heart ~ and it will ~ it will come when you least expect it and from out of the blue! Be ready! Keep your eyes and heart open! He's a comin' for you!

Loving hugs,
Linda

Aw Bluesy girl,
If you edit out the bad and leave only the good then where is the growth? I really like this. It brings out the romantic in you.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.
