When it all starts to rise, It feels like the best surprise. The joy I had found, By suffering it's bound. And all I wanted was to belong... All the happiness gone with one phone call, I can feel myself begin to slowly fall. Pain and grief I start to spawn, Everything I felt feels drawn. And all I wanted was to belong... And here I go now, Just tell me how. How is it the love shattered? Why is it I must be battered? All I wanted was somewhere to belong... I thought that place was with you, There's nothing more I can do. I slowly disappear into the dark of night, Keeping well out of human sight. And all I wanted was to be with you... Yeah, i know how that feels. It hurts. I was with this one guy for seven months, and without any warning, he broke up with me. I still do not understand why. Good job getting that written down! |
