(It's official...George W. Bush is considered the Most Unenvironmentally Friendly President in America's entire history. Unless you act now and fight for your country's green grass, fresh waters and clean air, you can expect to kiss goodbye to the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and all environmental policies that have shaped America for the last thirty years!

For more information, read this following article and also visit NRDC's official web-site, detailing all the fatal acts Bush and his administration have cursed upon America's own environment!

Blueprint For Plunder
By: Noah Eaton
11/29/03

Under a wide sulfur dioxide sky
Festooned with mercury and arsenic
I can feel the poison
Twist your tongue like licorice
Remember years ago upon walks in the park
You couldn't wait to share it with your children and embark
On many special adventures
When everyone loved Mother Nature

Screw them all and listen only to me
Your opinions don't count
I say patriotism doesn't allow to disavow
And we're all left pushed around

Have you ever heard those euphemisms
"Healthy Forests" and "Clear Skies" unlimited
All those misleading code words within the initiatives
Plotting to destroy America for fun and profits
All the black math jokes and deceptive rhetoric
Telegenic leaders with intimidating grins
Hawking lugies on ma and pa outfits and the working man
Schadenfreude incorporated

Screw them all and listen only to me
Your opinions don't count
I say patriotism doesn't allow to disavow
And we're all left pushed around
Half-hopelessly returning to the dark age

A blueprint for plunder
When will America ever be safe?
A blueprint for plunder
When will America be saved?
A blueprint for plunder
When will America ever be safe?
A blueprint for plunder...

We're all beating around the Bush
Trying to reach for his grab bag of America's stolen goods
Weasel words sucking the nations heart silently
Wallaby wastrels wayfaring unsympathetically
Chaotic cronyisms blasted by major markets on every hour
Fascism never died, it's here and making democracy go sour
Mike Leavitt and Frank Luntz destroying our backyards behind closed doors alone
Soon enough this can happen to your own home

Screw them all and listen only to me
Your opinions don't count
I say patriotism doesn't allow to disavow
And we're all left pushed around
Half-hopelessly returning to the dark age

A blueprint for plunder
When will America ever be safe?
A blueprint for plunder
When will America be saved?
A blueprint for plunder
When will America ever be safe?
A blueprint for plunder...
When will America be saved?

Will I we able to show America to the children
Just the way it was?
Will I we able to show America to the children
Just the way it was?
Will I we able to show America to the children
Just the way it was?
Will I we able to show America to the children
Just the way it was?

Baby, baby, baby,
when all your love is gone
who will save me from all I'm up against out in this world.
And maybe, maybe, maybe
You'll find somet

Lauren:

Thank you for your wonderful reply, deatrest friend, I really appreciate it. You're right, however, this problem has escalated because of Bush and his administration. Despite individual efforts to degrade the environment for thirty years, all had failed due to protection of these laws. Now Bush has penetrated the defense of these initiatives and 2003 is unarguably the saddest environmental year in over thirty years, and it may only get worse unless we do something, as this is not just a threat to Mother Nature, but also to democracy as we know it!

Thanks, dearest Lauren!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Noah, you have the strength of your convictions, and I admire that in a person. You don't pussy foot around. You calls 'em as you sees 'em! You're a straight shooter and you write with passion.

The way we are polluting Mother Earth is an abomination and Gaia is crying out in pain and despair.

Love ya, Angel Boy!

Ah Noah...you have given us one very thought provoking write here.
We have done this to ourselves over many many years.
When will we ever earn?

Noah, in my humble opinion, if we don't gag Bush and get rid of him soon, we will not have a world left.

Come 2004, I hope everyone votes and he is booted out of office.

Be careful Noah. The Dixie Chick had threats on her life. I kinda get the feeling it's not ok to have an opinion of your own. Which kind of makes the freedom of speech thing null and void of meaning. If your opinion is HIS then it's ok to have an opinion, if not then it's best to keep it to yourself unless you want threats on your life. Sound a bit dictitorial to you? It does to me. Can't wait to read the link.

Terri~

Granted President Bush has done some things that have upset me, and I have sent him a few choice words in email's...but he still seems to be the right choice for me...who else...the others fail to show any leadership potential...James

I'm in Australia, and its so wonderful to hear that American people disagree with Bush and his policies. If anyone ever bags Americans again because of Bush's ways, I'll make a point of the difference between the people and the government.

Thank you for expressing yourself... much appreciated.

Noah
It does this old hippies heart a world of good to know that young people care about the world enough to get angry when our mother is threatened by greed, and Dubya certainly has no other agenda that is not based on that sin.

Thank you for having the huge heart that you do and the courage to write such a powerful poem....
