The Cage

I wove a cage of words and phrase
To hold a thought within its maze
And nailed this deem to sole my shoes
To walk on greens and skies of blues

And as I walked a rainbows bridge
I came across a place of ridge
And stared into a pool of hew
And there I saw your image true.

You beckoned me with smile and bliss
And blew to me a hand blown kiss
And asked that I come closer still
To touch my lips to pool and spill

Into the wile milieu of me
And purr with you our spirits free
Pick the flowers in our glean
And play the lover of this scene

And I, did fall beyond my heart
And you became my counterpart.

Thank you my dear.

JM,
I've written a poem named mist, I think you'll get a charge out of. I'll post it tomorrow. Don't eat too much, lucky Randy.
