I wiped away the dirt and twine,
swept burst glass into a basket,
pulled the cobwebs from the ceiling,
eked dead petals out of corners,
crushed old wax into my palm,
mopped the mud from all the doorways,
set a light upon the room,
pronounced it done. Completed. "Poem."

Moreso than interesting. It's my last gasp here until I get back from Calgary on Sunday. Ciao, PIPians. Happy holiday.
