Bird song fell;
Chimes
On summer breeze
(From summer trees)
Sifting, mixed
With love-music scents
Of Potpourri
Four-o'clocks,
For-get-me-nots,
And the silent blue-horns
Of morning glories.
*
Buzzing electric,
Sound of drunk bees
Imbibing free nectar
Above two alone,
On a blanket
Half naked,
Half cold
Half on fire.
*
The air is dough-thick,
And need is the yeast
That swells their desire.

Ooops! I must have forgotten that essential ingredient in the love recipe ~ yeast! I never have been very good at following recipes! I usually just make up my own and 'wing' it, or just 'fly' by the seat of my vestments!  lol

(smiles) Oh Ford, this is delightful for the holiday season, sweet friend, I love to make gingerbread with my mother during this time of year and I love learning her recipes so I can pass these on to a family in the future! (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
