   You're right!  It is different, but then, so am I!   I was driving down the road and trying to think in words other than my own, when I realized I was being the wolf in sheep's clothing!  So from that, words in wool's clothing was derived... Glad it was of interest...

Biggest difference is, Haiku always has nature imagery and talks about existence....and it usually has a change, some realization shown by new or flowing imagery.  Senryu may or may not have a nature theme, and it talks about people or human nature.
