This is a poem of rant re. the rule that a person may only bring in empty plastic bottles to a pro ball game, for safety reasons, i.e. colorless alcohol could be in the bottles, or maybe something worse.

Water, Water, Everywhere

Water, water, everywhere;
yet they’re raising quite a stink
Water, water, everywhere;
what is the cause, you think?

It seems they are tryin’
to keep the drinkers from within
bringing vodka in disguise
or maybe bathtub gin.

Oh, alcohol’s okay
as long as it’s quite clear
it came from the vendors
that are set up very near.

Of course, it’s also plausible
that nitro could be held within
yet not so very likely
due to jostling tailspins.

For when fifty-thousand spectators
gather inside those stadium walls
the bomb would go off
long before the first pitched balls.

In fact I think it quite likely
sidewalks would be the site
where nitro would erupt
turning noon into night.

Me thinks it’s more likely
they want us to buy their wares
that rest about each level
for those weighty, pricey fares.

Something to think about!
It's true that along with rules such as these, there is always someone profiting.

It's both sort of funny and also very very serious.

There are some really odd rules in some
places...Seems like you have experienced
one that causes some frustration...
