Missing You

I wander the blues wondering at times
where your footsteps have disappeared to.
No sandy beaches nearby calling me
to walk along with you...
to trip over words of despair,
needing comfort by friendship's touch.

No names to search for when all others
have gone away, hidden now by hurt
or maybe a bit lost in this world of ours of need.
But I am not alone in these thoughts of missing you
and am waiting to hear the call from the blue
so I can serenade again, with you.

M

powerful melancholy and longing

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

You expressed this longing in such a gentle, loving manner. M, you have such a talent for conveying your moods and thoughts. You have such a loving heart. I do so hope that the love you so richly deserve, comes into your life and fills you completely with joy. I know that it is meant to be.

Loving hugs,
EA

Blusie Girl will appreciate this a bunch M. Happy holidays to you and thank you for being so kind.

Awww, you didn't have to do this,
but I'll bump it up anyways.

I'm spinning pretty fast in my own little
whirlwind these days~
While singing the same old song, lala lala lala...
Just get me past the holidays this year, and I'll be fine.

Miss you, Maur~ (you've got mail)  and thank you everyone for saying what you said.

I'm a big girl, I think.
