Last night at work I was angered by the most
rude and arrogant man I had ever met who
seemed to think that he was above everyone
else.I was so insensed by the way he spoke
to me that I had to put my feelings down
on paper.

I have no time for your arrogance
How dare you speak to me that way
I came to work quite happy
And I won't let you ruin my day

Who do you think you are?
I don't owe you anything
You have nothing nice to say
Only misery do you bring

We don't need customers like you
So go and find another place
I pity your next victim
And hope you fall flat on your face

Have you heard of 'being nice'?
Why not try it and see
Until you change your attitude
You'll get no service from me
