Love Was Shining Through

Caring words came today
From his heart to mine
Resplendent in heart gifts
With a happiness shine

All my days of melancholy
At last came to an end
The heart to heart reunion
Together friend to friend

After my weeks of waiting
It all became worthwhile
Bringing glow to my heart
Once again I can smile

Light once more returned
With sparks re-ignited
Love was shining through
My heart feels delighted
