Words

Your words they fill my heart
When in the deepest black of sight
When hope is in its own despair
and birds have lost their flight

Your visions soften blinding light
When white is sharpest in its pain
When all seems lost within clock time
and there is nothing left to gain

If not for tender loving words
To touch each other in this plight
I know of no where else to turn
to fill my heart with lost delight

To this glimmer in which I cling
In crowded silence where hearts are still
I clench the works of which you give
to keep alive my fragil will...

Words have the power to destroy ~ and to heal. I am glad that the words that you are hearing do the latter.

It's good to read your words again!

Healing hugs,

Good to read you again.

Uncanny, I was speaking to someone tonight about words and tone...
Appreciated the sentiment and fragile song of this piece.  Gracefully done. TD
