If beauty were a rose then the most perfect rose I would name thee beauty of form and of heart grace thee thy maker made thee well shaping and molding with the gentle hands of a sculptor working with soft clay petals soft and flawless leaves blowing gracefully like dancers on the wind How can one pick you and deprive the world of such beauty how can hands so awkward hold you and not crush you I am but an ordinary man reaching out toward perfection in hope you will melt my stone cold heart you oh perfect rose. |

yeah, was thinking the same thing, what stone cold heart? My goodness Brad, your poetry reaks of warmth within...lovely and thoughtful poem, this one...now go drink a great big glass of bursting colors of warmth...from this person you've written this poem about.... Very much enjoyed... |
