Anxious to leave my image behind
In the circadian drop
With a slouching indifferent gait of a runway model
It was shameful how rich, how utter rich I felt
Unlike the woman at work who didn’t know the moon
From the sun, and which one was rising and falling
How utterly unaware? I thought, trying to grasp that concept
Knowing full well where my journey has assisted, beneath
Sprawling brass chandeliers.  Wondering what youthful part
Of my mother still remained.  Being the one that most
Resembled her.  My shoes were soaked from crossing
The lawn while still wet.  Fancy, finding myself being so
Conscious, so early…by faces with that dark side
Of the moon stare.  My hands had grown more
Competent, suggesting some new authority.
How so purposeful becomes even the smallest
Most quietest walk through the park…perhaps to
Open up and allow every piece of promotional correspondence in…

Learning....

Jeej,
From a new point of view, enjoyed.
