We were out ----- and nothing should be

But out of the crowd ----- How should we go free

We danced like if we were alone ----- Her touch on my skin.

I felt her al through my bone ----- She and i could now begin.

To become one in thoughts ----- I looked in her eyes.

We were no longer two sorts ----- After this i inside cries.

Her deep brown eyes ----- She was thinking.

She could never tell lies ----- From today our world was shrinking.

Soon we will meet ----- But cannot talk

Though there is alot to exeed ----- Im still looking to were we can walk.

But i know this was not only a single night, that i saw her in the light so bright with such delight.

Untill time comes i will remember her brown deep eyes.

Smile

Smile sure it is Passing, but there is something over it when you can look all the way through the eyes and deep down to find the pretty litle heart that we have inside.

Smile she had it, and still has.

Jes,
For some reason or other, I couldn't help but play with the format in which this was written.   First, I read the whole poem, then just left of the dash, then just right, and so on.   Every way I tried it, I liked it.
"She could never tell lies ----- From today our world was shrinking"  I can see where it would, but I can see an opposite as well.
    Enjoyed.  Thank you for sharing.

There is an opposite but should i tell or not better not smile cause i think it would put my words in dark thoughts. If i told about everything behind smile.

But i actually read it through several times after your post cause i havent seen all teh ways it could be read as i made it, but yes its true to the story or better her in each way. Thanks for ya time. smile
