Listening to every heart

0 posted 2003-11-07 11:36 AM

Zephyr winds shall blow
as sure as cerulean skies will beckon
while somewhere in sea’s spray
my name awaits its draw in sand

for I will mark this place of time
a passage from this here to there
placing my face into unhurried breezes
hearing some echo in my bones

in close of eyes I shall feel close tepid
air fingering its prints on my skin
as freckles blossom under a sun
knowing some echoes will thunder

steps, retraced, in a past remembering
me, as I discover it again
the child in search of all unknowns ~
with a zeal, in wait, of life.

Oh my goodness, yes, Kari.....

We should  expect good things
to happen in the unknown....with the zeal
of a child!! We would have so much more happiness!!

Her hands,  small against the pane
looking into the future beyond
Wondering,  waiting.

And as she grows...lightly touching the
pane of many prints...smiling,  knowing,
yet still searching.

Beautifully written,  Sun....

I always enjoy you taking us places...
