The dusky shadows stretch their hands
Across the charcoal-lavender sky
Reaching out to gently draw the curtain on the day
The trees are bony bends of branches
Throwing shadows on the cool ground underfoot
As I stand to watch Nature's full chorus symphony
Perform her Prelude To The Night...

I liked the fact that I read the poem before the picture popped up.  It was like ice cream after the cake.
