When I read the words
announcing
that you had taken your life

I couldn’t help thinking
that the game
you have always played

Was still afoot

And that the writer
of that missive

Was you
Costumed
in yet another fiction

A fiction bearing falsehoods

How then
does one react
to the supposed passing
of a hand-crafted creature?

And how then
could you expect me to mourn
the demise of someone
that never existed?

On what make-believe grave
should I place this
imaginary stone?

And what name
should be carved there?

Ouch is right, but probably very true too.  If one crys wolf too often, well, it results in this yes?

I think I'm feeling some of your pain.
Very sweet, very beautiful.

Loved those lines...

and now...
you can rest in peace buddy

with your arm slung around
the snows of Buffalo

and a fresh pile of towels
avoiding the smirking gaze
of a "Do Not Disturb" sign

Kacy? She (or someone) sent me an Email stating that she had taken her own life in Normandy...But she'd been so deceitful, for so very long that I can't believe anything that concerns her.

It would be awful it it were true, but?

I'm trying to control my tongue here.

(okay, I'm trying to control my fingers--I tried typing with my tongue once, the keyboard tasted bad)

fingers--tongue, both are beyond my authority!

I'll just add a R.I.P. for her, Ed? How's that?

Love you m'yeti...and twinkle eyes at Sue...

Was that great self control or what???
