Is I, he who loves thee, who stands before
thy door.

Wilt thee not by chance know of my heart's
desires?  For though I stand,   my wait wanes,
I must again leave.

In thy memory of yet another night, another
beat from within thy breast, thee wilt know of
who I am..  For love of thee carries strong the
currents swirling.

Please, my love....I ask but that thee lift thy
latch, let into thy heart my own.    And whence
the moon falls into the storms of seas,  I shalt
stand beyond the grassy knoll, waiting.

As the quest does take away, as the words
then fall deaf ears....I shall ever love,
For sadness frowns the face and damp does
weep eyes...until one's falcon flies
no more.

methinks the falcon
shall rise again
in new form

Funny,  how one can write two or three or so
poems of a similar topic and it all seems to
fall together as a continuing saga.

I guess that this could apply here as well,
and perhaps the Falcon shall continue to
fly...

Thanx ladies,  you both, for your thoughts.

My two cats look at me early in the morning
and it takes them half a day to recover from
the shock!!!

Barry

Part of your heart comes from a time when romance spoke like this, perhaps you lived another time and recall.  Seems like it.

Genes or the drinking water?  Hmmm...it doesn't matter where it comes from as long as you keeping it coming!  I was thinking you should go out and educate the male species on subject of romance.  I can see it now...a T.V. show, Dr. Barry!
