Mystery Afoot

A snowy swirling mist of frozen mysteries is out tonight.
Ahead in the frozen mist
a
train stopped on a snowy track; her stacks billowing smoke into the frosty
night air.
Inside all is cozy and warm, while outside the countryside is turning into an
icy winter wonderland.
Frosted windows of sculptured glass glitter like mosaic icicles of intricate
lace.
Carved mahogany panels, trimmed in delicate buttery yellow flowers,
frame the frosted windows of beauty.
Cushioned chairs and seats of deep crushed velvet, the color
of
burgundy and gold set in a friendly, homey fashion.
The carpet plush has the feel of walking on air, the color a dark burgundy.
Flickering lights add to the beauty of this elegant train, casting silhouettes,
and shadows
of subdued light.
This light lining the walls with crystal sconces and candles
with the fragrance
of
rose and a hint of mesmerizing jasmine.
On carved wooden tables are lamps with shades of mauve made of the
finest crystal.
On each table a silver decanter filled with a delicate Bordeaux wine, and
this wine is placed on a chiseled silver tray of unique design.
Ladies dressed in silk and satin trimmed in antique lace.
Around their necks diamonds and pearls, with skin soft and smooth, the
color of alabaster.
The men in tailored dark pinstripe suits with high starched collars.
As they sit and gaze about the lengthy compartment, they smoke their pipes
and sip their chilled wine, the color of a deep rich red.
Among our guests on this chilling winter night is the distinguished
Mr. Norman Bates and the wealthy Miss. Lizzie Borden.
Few passengers are upon this train of frightening mystery and a few have
met their
untimely demise.
So welcome my friends, you are now invited to come
and
join us on the
luxurious Orient Express.

Love Bon-Bon

Ooh, I'm thinking that maybe it would be wiser for me to grow an inch of beard and hop a freight.....
