Having In-Between Times

What am I going through
Having in-between times
Nothing seems to blend
I jotted down a few lines

As I take hold of my pen
My emotions still remain
When feeling at a loss
Often its hard to explain

Those internal struggles
As mind and heart fight
How could it be wrong
When having felt so right

Its emotionally frustrating
Neither strong nor weak
Poems seeking the flow
Feelings begin to speak

Exposing the inner being
All the emotional aches
As words began to show
Patience then overtakes
