doctors stab

gangs shatter

dazed stooges come and go

buried in guilt

stinging with fury

we feel

Ok Mark, help me out.  I know you're trying to make a point, but apparently it flew over my head.  All I get from this is the number of folks rushing to get their flu shots [doctors stab] and chase the germs away...

and I know THAT can't be right!

Sunshine, I guess one interpretation is a cynical one -- the corruption of Western medicine;  the proliferation of violent gangs who bring about unnecessary suffering of a different kind (often which leads to being treated by corrupt doctors...); and the observation of how many people are apathetic "go-with-the-flow" types (including gang members), and the frustration/anger/helplessness/sense of guilty responsibility one feels in this observation...  That's one interpretation...  Another point might be that we at times can empathize/sympathize with the innocent victims of ethicless hospitals and drive-by shootings -- that we can feel the anger and their pain...  and perhaps even feel for the doctors and gang-members, if we REALLY open our minds and hearts to try to understand the motives and social situations which may have driven an inherently good person to become...  "not so good"...  Does that help?
