Here, Now, Forever

Last night on the beach
the wind blew
with such intensity.
Last night was a dream
so soon swept away,
a dark ocean of blue,
just a memory now.
So soon forgotten.
The sounds of the waves,
the laughter of people,
the sounds of the traffic,
all greeted my ears.

And I managed to drink fourteen beers.

CHEERS!!

Your poetry does not suck lol! Its good. At least someone is reading YOUR poems. Nobody reads mine. I love your poem. You need to read mine. The Ways of Life!
