In Your Poetic Mind

Guide  me

River of peace
   my eyes sailing
through empty streets

Dreams    golden nights
   paintings of paris--
I have walked this land

My hands like water

clouds falling through
   blackness

In silence    still --
  ocean blue --
sunsets -  jewels of      lonely skies

Edge walking      in thoughts  my own
I claim  all -  however painful, powerful,
                  truthful
manner of grace   long forgotten ticks

    Clocks  bleed    time
each fall   each echo

our lips hushed

    voices beyond control
seperated    love   and do we   hate?

can I be   so human   to remember your breath

cold     worn   on shoulders    eight walking,
among    paths of lost worlds
with no canopys   no shelter

I,  just a shell,
     broken wings,
a prayer  in unwanted travel

I let you die  in my mind; in my heart
sweet abondonment   of any rising sun

cry now

your graceful birds
    are looking down upon earth
with raven eyes

can I ever understand?

Will the wind ever remember the names
it has blown in the past with
its crutch its old age and its widsom
it whispers no this won't be the last

(big hugggssssssss) You are the painter, and if you don't understand, you can always interpret it just as you always do with your watercolor musings, yay! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lauren, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

*heavy sigh* ... yessssssssss

another work of poetic art from your butterfly pen. Beautiful write Lauren-girlie

You're the color of the sky reflected in each store-front window pane ...
You're the whispering and the sighing of my tires in the rain.

Lauren, I've been holding this back
for a poem.
Now, I know which one.

Hope you enjoy.
