Will he remember my birthdate
after brown gray tinting time,
Will he remember me fondly
or tweezered passions rhyme?

Will he sense births breaking air,
with darkness becoming light?
Will he know his influence
have caused the words to write?

Well, I don't know if he will, but I certainly hope that he does.
Was your birthday recently? Mine was yesterday...the 22nd.
Hugs ( and Happy Birthday)

Thanks to all for your replies.
All good points, especially the frying pan, if that were really the case!  (No, my hubby never forgets; he's pretty terrific!!  Matter of fact, he bought me a rhyming dictionary for my birthday.)
This was written with thanks to a dear old friend for encouraging me to think in words to get my feelings out.

Happy Birthday,
I hope he remembered,
Personally I’m at the age where I forget them
Or try to
Nice poem
