its been a while since ive posted, but hopefully i can be a lot more regular soon, almost finished my uni degree so ill have more time to write more stuff, so hopefully you like this one :P

nervous fear rises from the pit of my stomach
i feel the nerves rise and my confidence plummet
i rise above it all and begin a conversation
my confidence soars as my nerves go on vacation
longing touches hint at something more
i mustnt rush this, this woman i adore
slowly increase the level of affection
inhibitions decrease as we feel the connection
and reflection of feelings from within
as i wait for proceedings to begin
joking leads to closeness as i refuse to blow this
it was planned all along, i dont kno if she knows this
innocent flirting and suddenly she kisses me
surprise leads to happiness, i set my worries free
but do her feelings flow as deep as mine?
or did she plan this? and let me think the plan was mine?
im fine with either i jus need to kno the reason
that we r together tonight, making the fifth season

the fifth season occurs once every two years
ive experienced it twice, despite all my fears
but the cycle lacks the speed that i need
maybe if her mind snaps shell see that i heed
her needs, wants and whimsical fantasies
id do wat i need to fulfill, cant she see?
im sick of hearing stories from a personal in between
although she doesnt ignore me, she jus wont form the dream
me and her could conquer our own happiness
she cant compare to another, but shes causing me distress
but in a good way, her beauty makes me stare
she shines so bright, but i can see thru the glare
i dont care if she doesnt share my passion
its good she doesnt follow music as a fashion
maybe a long term approach is whats needed to change
the frequency of the season locked within our brains
but now i can believe because i do kno the reason
