A soundless cry occupies my brain
Echoing one endless refrain
Help him, please.

Repeating things You already know
Begging that blessings be bestowed
Heal him, please.

I wear a brave mask; we know it’s pretend
For I’m in turmoil for my friend
Help him, please.

He’s one who appreciates that wealth
Is found in family, friends, good health
Heal him, please.

I don’t want to disrupt some master plan
But I pray You show mercy to this man
Help him, please.

The pain of this piece truly takes me along with you. Broke my heart to read this one, beautifully written though it was.

Wishing for the right ending to come from this, though I know too well that it may not. Thank you for sharing this rending prayer...I want you to know that mine are added to it, as I'm sure so many others of this family will be as well.

Thank you... so very much. Please know that each and every response is so appreciated... you truly touch my heart.

I have no news... just the eroding void of wait...

He's a very private person, our beloved jokester... but when asking for a miracle, I want all the voices possible... This is one time when I'll be overjoyed to get yelled at later. *S*

Thank you, family of friends.

A prayer this powerful would have reached the Source as soon as it was written. I join hands in a prayerful circle of love for our friend.

Sending brilliant diamond white light to cleanse him of all impurities from his crown to his soles then filling him with green for healing and pink for love.

Love & Light and healing hugs,
EA

The gentleman in question is home sending jokes... They've decided on a treatment other than surgery... so his head (and wit) are very much intact. *S*

Thank you... everyone... so very much!!! *S*

Prayers are still needed...

After all... I guess I've got to confess the existence of this thread??? *G*

Thank you all , (and especially Suthern), they could have removed the brain tumor which would have relieved this constipation, but, they've decided a strong laxative may do the trick.....thanks again gang....don't know what will really happen, but, guess it's better to try drugs before scalpels....(I told them I've already tried most drugs known to man and they haven't helped yet, but I've felt damn good?)

You can never have enough friends praying for you.  I know he will succeed in this mind over matter battle, 'cause we all need that man well!  Your love of a friend is the very glue that holds this prayer thread together, and always will. As for you Toerag, now get back to work misbehaving will ya?

I read this outpouring of loving concern and contacted you directly instead of responding. Time to fix that, and time to touch that Library button.

Well done, Laura. Nobody could have said this as well as you.

Toerag: Yanno... the nurses probably petitioned for your doctors to choose a treatment where you'd have to visit often over several months... dontcha think? *S* I doubt these drugs make you feel good in the short term, my friend... the important thing is that they work! *S* Take care of you... please. *S*

M'toe: I hope for healing... thank you for your prayers! *S*

Marge: Knee-mail... right? *S* Thank you so much, my friend. *S*

Blues: Thank you, sweet lady. *S*

Nan: For that, I'd help you wield your biggest eraser. *S* If only. *S* Thank you, ma'am... and I hope he heeds about that caring. *S*

Mysteria: You're giving him a license to misbehave? *G* How can he resist that? *S* Thank you very much! *S*

Ratleader: I owe and give my eternal gratitude to the people here... their responses to this thread have touched me so. *S* But I owe even more to those who contacted me directly with their caring and concern. Marge, Marsha, Martie, jellybeans, Janet Marie and you kept me as sane as a blonde could hope to be... I thank you with all my heart. *S*

Martie: Thank you so very much... I appreciate that. *S*
