 Picture by Alan Ayers * * * I need you like the flowers Who rely upon the rain I need you like good medicine To take away my pain I need you to be here When my heart becomes undone I need to feel your warmth Like the rays of the sun When you're here by my side My face begins to glow How I bloom within your radius As my love continues to grow I rest my head upon your shoulder And gaze into your eyes of blue How sincere and oh so tender Are these feelings I have for you You put your arms around me As we search the skies above How wonderful life is When I'm surrounded by your love * * * "What is life without the radiance of love" I am in motion |
