For a long time now, I’ve thought upon you as a great friend,
And that I wanted you to know,
We’ve been through some taught times,
But we made it through,
You chased away my fears,
You helped me through sadness,
But you weren’t there to see my tears,
Your such a great friend, you’re a real star,
Oh yeah I was hoisted up into the stars,
That’s where we met,
Your smile, is brighter than the stars it’s self
Each time you smile I can’t help but smile too,
I’m not sure,
I’ll always be a best friend to you,
I know I’m not perfect, But,
This much it true,
When life gets you down,
And there’s nowhere to turn,
I’ll help you though and,
I’ll share your concern.
