 Picture by Jim Warren * * * You glide with so much ease And skim the water effortlessly You live between the sky And the deep blue of the sea I look at you in awe As you grace the sapphire sky You spy a tasty morsel From the corner of your eye When the dark clouds block the sun And the rain starts falling down Way up high amongst the clifftops Is where you can be found If only I could fly Way up high there with you I could leave the world behind And my troubles would be few But my wish may not be granted So I'll just marvel at your grace As you fly towards the sunset 'til you're gone without a trace I am in motion |

Hi Sue ... I love to sit and watch the gulls gliding on the wind, diving for food or just strolling the beach. They are such a graceful bird. I would love to fly like them also! Imagine the fun we could have and the sights we would see. Huggles, Marti |
