As the trees empty
the sky filters in its shades of blue,
the circus clouds hang webs on black branches,
broken homes expose stray sparrows
that wander through,
even the wind sings without interruption here,
o these treasures found between the open spaces
when the treetops wear plaid again,
soon the world will hold its breath
come midnight,
ready to topple over,
suspended on the subtraction
of that pendulum hour.

Looks like I'll be thinking of your poem for the rest of my life when changing the clocks back to Standard Time from Daylight Savings Time! Neat poem!

Happy autumn!

this is a very deep write,

"but you make me think too much.....
im just a simple girl, barely squeaking out of highschool dont u know? "

lol... then if I make you think too much I am not effective in conveying the thoughts or the feelings in a manner that does not create hardships or struggles for the reader..and I fail..

which, I can accept easily enough... but give me reason to perhaps work harder to communicate better.

now, as for barely squeaking out high school... you would not want to look at my grade point average in high school..lol.. graduating for me was an option... one they constantly reminded me of.

no no
you dont fail.......
sometimes im just lazy .. if i don't get it right away, i wander off and move on.
it is good to think, and challenge myself ,
i read your work and know it is quality work
and well crafted,
if it doesnt just jump out tho when i read,i tend to stray off the depending on how much time i have to read
