+*+*+*+*+

Indigo dreams slide down
Gossamer strands of starlight,
To kiss my thoughts goodnight.

My peaceful soul slips gracefully
Into the depths of restful slumber,
Wrapped in a blanket of divine love.

I sleep the sleep of cuddled baby,
And awake to the glorious rising
Of Apollo's golden crown.

(smiles) Awwwwwwwwww, this is sooooooo gorgeous, sweet friend, it always makes me smile and cry in joy when babies sleep peacefully as I truly believe angels are guiding them as they rest comfortablein their cradles! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Alyssa ~

You poor dear. I sympathize with what you are going through. I have gone through times when I suffered from insomnia--and it was absolutely horrible!!!
I now fall asleep almost instantly.

I have an aromatherapy bath before retiring to wash away the stresses of the day.

I have conditioned myself to drift off as soon as I hear the rhymic cadence of ocean waves from my sound machine.

I never go to bed hungry ~ I have a small snack with some protein.

I do not allow thoughts or worries to flood my mind. If they come, I let them flow out to sea with the receding waves.

These have all helped me sleep longer and sounder. Perhaps they could help you as well!

Sleep well. Be rested.

Alyssa ~

Thank you for the post reply! That was thoughtful of you!

Another little tip that may be helpful:

~ I get in touch with my breathing. I breathe slowly, deeply and evenly. On exhaling, I just let go of stress and negativity and feel as though I am sinking into the bed--or a cloud.

I remind myself that this is my special time and nothing can bother me or hurt me. This is my safe, happy, and restful place. Then just let go and be.....

Sweet dreams, Dear Alyssa

Hi, Joe!

I shall send you a heavenly mattress that can be as hard or as soft as you would like it to be. That should hopefully ensure a restful night for you!

~ May you sleep and dream sweet!
