Two thirds of life is bluest from the far sight
Lipid pools in landscaped cups of half-light
Waters rise and churn in endless vast, come nearer
Power to be chaste, embraced by those kept dearer

Saline depths as tears washed into clear across the miles
Warming with the trends of balmy autumn nights beguiles
Purely drizzled streams from mountain peaks accenting waves
Rising in the inner throws of flows spent hot in tidal craves

Two thirds of me remarks this striking composition
Emotional displays within the sways, dynamic disposition
Where waters ever motion somehow in a mix and mellow
Clearer deeper down and still, the spill of blue with yellow

Sleepless in the yearn to sink in harbor at the core
Waiting here until the time has come to wash ashore
Deeper in the center where most miracles would brew
Fullest in the places where spring fed in thoughts of you

There is something unique about you,  that
always shows within your poetry and your love
of the oceans and the seas...

Well done K.

TD...your images are exquisite, the rhyme and flow just perfect.  I have been wanting to attempt rhyme and meter again...but I have been so busy with work and home. Maybe this week...it seems you and Magnus are inspriring me to get going again.

Great work!

Patricia
